• CDFG Launches Its Customer Service System


             CDFG customer service system has been officially launched recently for customer service team to inquire all commodity repair and claim records on EOP.

    The launching of CDFG customer service system has enabled multiple online inquiry and record functions as well as real-time service data report to relevant stores, hence reducing the intermediary information relay, avoiding repetitive information recording in various venues while simplifying communication via telephone and email. The starting time, finishing time as well as progress of repair and claim of each item can be reported to the store in real time, which improved service efficiency and reduced the handling time for repair and claim. This effectively puts into practice the CDFG service guideline of “customer-centered” while strengthening the core competitiveness of the company.
