• With “Watches and Wonders” Sanya well underway, numerous “new” watches gather at CDFG Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex


    On the eve of the National Day golden week, the 3-month second “Watches and Wonders” Sanya opened grandly at CDFG Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex, where this show displays more brands and products than the last session, as a series of varied events including debuts of new timepieces and new concept show are staged in addition to newly-introduced famous brands such as Ulysse Nardin, Girard Perregaux and H.Moser&Cie, in an all-out effort to meet all-round needs of collectors, watch-making enthusiasts and timepieces fans.

    A new way of full exhibition online and offline brings consumers more experience

    Joining hands to show the charms of high-grade timepieces, and presenting excellent timekeeping works and watch-making techniques at Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex. For all high-end timepiece lovers, this timepieces show is not only an exhibition but more a journey of immersive experience with ingenious design and timepieces culture.     Apart from that, a Swiss high-grade watch-making brand ULYSSE NARDIN also embarked at Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex for the first time in September carrying many timekeeping works epitomizing originalities. During this timepieces show, Ulysse Nardin will invite consumers to start a journey of experience from deep sea to high sky, under the theme “boundless time and space, running throughout seas and skies”.

    Debuts of new concepts and new works offer benefits exclusive to consumers

    Apart from debuts of whole new brands, this timepieces show also became a perfect stage for famous brands to launch their new products and show new concepts. Among them, BAUME & MERCIER not only brought a Clifton series 18k rose gold five-minute repeater manually chained pocket watch, but also brought a Clifton series Baumatic 18k rose gold perpetual calendar automatic wristwatch that debuted at duty-free retail outlets in Asia and a Clifton series Baumatic week date and moon phase automatic wristwatch that debuted in Greater China.

    PIAGET also specifically launched the whole new Piaget Polo Date wristwatch, a high-grade sports style wristwatch designed specifically for those pursuing exquisite shapes, which will be presold exclusively by CDFG. Apart from that, during this timepieces show, ROGER DUBUIS also brought a White Excalibur series Lamborghini cooperative model created out of CCF ceramic composite fiber materials and the globally synchronously debuted wristwatch of Excalibur series hollow wristwatch with MCF mineral composite fiber watchcase.

    It is worth noting that IWC of a famous Swiss watchmaker Schaffhausen joined hands with its brand new partner in the engineering and timekeeping fields—the world’s first electric flying racecar brand Airspeeder and two MK4 prototype cars to make the global debut in addition to showing numerous new products at this show, demonstrating the world’s cutting-edge technologies and whole-new way of extreme sports to consumers through this event. Consumers can not only learn more information about IWC’s brand-new engineering department IWC Experimental but also decipher IWC-designated emblem, thus starting a journey of tracking the trajectory of IWC.
