On September 1, the Italian fashion brand Golden Goose officially opens its boutique store in Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex of CDFG. Previously, CDFG successfully worked with Golden Goose to set up a pop-up store in Sanya. As it is the first “Co-creation” concept store in Sanya, opening of this boutique store not only shows that Golden Goose has recognized the advantageous position of Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex of CDFG, but also symbolizes a new chapter in cooperation between Golden Goose and CDFG.
The Golden Goose brand was established in Venice, Italy, in year 2000 by the couple Alessandro Gallo and Francesca Rinaldo. The brand focuses on handmade aged vintage fashion items including sneakers and outfits. In 2007, they decided to make sneakers as a homage to the skateboarding world they love. By simulating the traces left by skateboarders, the sneakers gained their symbolic features. It is learned that every scratch on Golden Goose sneakers is made by hand, and every pair of sneakers is unique, so as to interpret imperfection in perfection. Therefore, in the eyes of many consumers, Golden Goose creates a pair of sneakers filled with experience and journey, and not the “dirty shoes” that people think on first sight.
