2014 China Tourism Industry Expo and 2014 China Xi’an Silk Road International Tourism Expo were recently held in Tianjin and Xi’an respectively. CITS Head Office and CDFG under CITS Co., Ltd. jointly participated in the expositions, and made close cooperation in booth design, image exposition and event campaign by integrating their respective advantageous resources, fully showcasing the overall strength and brand image of CITS.
The exhibition area of 2014 China Xi’an Silk Road International Tourism Expo, sponsored by Shaanxi Tourism Bureau amounted to 20,000 square meters, with exhibitors and delegates from 32 countries and regions and receiving over 30,000 visitors during the exposition. The 150 square meters booth of CITS featured simplicity and elegance in design, highlighting the double logo of CITS Head Office and CDFG. Exhibition boards in the consultation area concentrated on CITS online brand, promoting new media such as CITS app, weibo and wechat; besides, a specific exhibition area of CDFG Haitang Bay was set, aiming at publicizing Sanya Haitang Bay Duty Free Shopping Center before its grand opening.
Co-sponsored by China National Tourism Administration and the People’s Municipal Government of Tianjin, 2014 China Tourism Industry Expo covered an exhibition area of 58,000 square meters and received nearly 250,000 visitors. The CITS booth reached 200 square meters, outdoing all other travel agencies in terms of booth area and location. Likewise, double logo of CITS Head Office and CDFG was highlighted with a special exhibition area for Haitang Bay Duty Free Shopping Mall, which attracted much attention from the industry and the media. The colorful marketing activities of CITS effectively stimulated the consumers to engage in and boosted the sales on site.
