On the morning of August 6, Vice President of CITS Co., Ltd., Chairman and GM of CDFG Peng Hui held a meeting with the delegation led by Deputy Director-General, Tourism Administration of Chengdu, Sichuan, He Yudong. Director of CDFG General Manager Office Chang Zhen and Director of Strategic Development Wang Linlin also attended the meeting.
He Yudong started by giving a brief presentation on the tourism and economic development in Chengdu in recent years, stressing that with the advantageous resources of CDFG and Chengdu and the solid foundation for cooperation between both sides, he would be pleased to explore the possibilities for cooperation with CDFG in duty free shop launching and operations.
Peng Hui extended a warm welcome to Deputy Director-General, Tourism Administration of Chengdu, Sichuan, He Yudong and his delegation. After briefing the guests on the main businesses and development trajectory of CITS Group and CDFG, he highlighted the soon-to-be-launched Haitang Bay Duty Free Shopping Center. Responding to the request of He Yudong, Peng Hui introduced the current implementation of duty free policy in China and pledged that as the only state-owned franchise company operating in duty free business nationwide with the approval by the State Council, CDFG has always been dedicated to offering inbound and outbound consumers at each port and from each channel the best shopping experience. CDFG is keenly interested in Chengdu which has been on a healthy track of development and hopes to continue the strengthening of communication and cooperation for mutual benefit and win-win result.
